BesTecH beats world record score!

BesTecH Computer Solutions has just beaten 3,850,811 computers worldwide to take the 3DMark03 world record! Our latest project was a custom, water-cooled computer with coolant that runs through a freezer. Water cooling is for high-end gaming computers, and liquid nitrogen cooling is the most extreme cooling solution available; however, it is not practical for actual computer use.  BesTecH revolutionized the cooling system by using a chest freezer to further cool the liquid cooled system they designed.  Our goal was to achieve the highest score, but they also designed the computer to be used for everyday gaming. 

All computers use different components so system builders use benchmark software such as 3DMark03 to score the system and compare it to other computers worldwide. The score is calculated by running a series of tests on the hardware, and the test generates a score based on how well the system performs. The scores are posted online, and scores come from anywhere in the world that internet access is available.

4' x 3' Chest Freezer

Extreme computer cooling is necessary when overclocking is used.  Overclocking is the process of forcing a computer component to run at a higher clock rate (more clock cycles per second) than it was designed for or was designated by the manufacturer, usually practiced by personal computer enthusiasts in order to emulate an increase in the performance of their computers.
